In terms of Human Resources, we pay attention to two managerial characteristics.

Organisational Design: Selecting the right people for the right job and creating the right project teams

Organisational Competence: Providing the right knowledge and competence to the teams for the right job and making all the necessary investments for this process.

Açılım Construction also applies the methodologies and standards required for the most efficient execution of Project Management processes and the development of teamwork as required by our engineering skills.
